There are many unheard facts which are hard to believe but are actually true. We know former Pakistan cricketer Shahid Afridi scored his fastest hundred using Sachin Tendulkar's bat. There is another similar such revelation which isn't easy to digest.

Indian pacer Ishant Sharma revealed he made his Test debut for the country wearing Zaheer Khan's shoes. Apparently, they both have a similar shoe size, that is, 11. It's difficult to digest that the lanky fast bowler actually finds Zaheer's shoe appropriate for himself. While Zaheer is 1.85 meter, Ishant is 1.93 meters tall.

In a talk show, Breakfast with Champions, Ishant said, “Do you how I made my debut. Clothes and kit, I got from BCCI, but the shoes I had to take from Zaheer Khan. My and his feet size are the same. As I reached, my kit bag was misplaced, and I was wondering how will I play? I didn’t practice, because I had no shoes and went straight to the match."

Here is the full video:

Ishant is having a relatively better IPL season this year. He is part of Delhi Capitals and has been very contributive with the ball. His economy this year has been way lower than his overall bowling economy in IPL.
