Indian Cricket Fraternity wishes PM Narendra Modi as he turns 68

Narendra Modi was born in 1950 in Vadnagar, Gujarat to Mulchand and Hiraben Modi. Modi started attending shakhas of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and became a balswayamsevak. In 1990, he was named in the BJP National Election Committee and helped organize the Rath Yatra of Lal Krishna Advani.

Modi then became the Chief Minister of Gujarat in 2001. In 2013, he was named as BJP candidate for PM post in 2014 general elections and became the first PM of India born after Independence and took oath on May 26, 2014.

In 2017, a research showed Narendra Modi as the most popular figure in Indian politics. With the 2019 general elections on the horizon, all the focus will be on him.

For now, he received wishes from everywhere on his birthday and even the Indian cricket fraternity wished him on Twitter.
