India’s star kid, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, who has grabbed the eyes of all the cricket experts and fans at the age of 14, was relentlessly booed and hooted by Pakistan fans after India’s under-19 Asia Cup final loss to Pakistan in Dubai.
The footage appeared immediately after Pakistan secured a dominant victory and instantly spread on social media. In the video, the left-handed batter does not react, walks away quietly, and allows the boom to fade behind him.
Thanks to Sameer Minhas’s 172, Pakistan had posted 347/8 in 50 overs. Then, set 348 runs to win the match and the trophy. Vaibhav Sooryavanshi smashed 26 runs in 10 balls before being dismissed. In the end, India was bundled for 156 runs, and Pakistan won the U19 Asia Cup final by 191 runs.
As Sooryavanshi was walking away, a clip showed sections of Pakistan supporters booing him as he walked past them outside the stadium. In the clip, the left-handed batter does not respond, walks on calmly, and lets the noise fade behind him.

Vaibhav Sooryavanshi had started the tournament with a brilliant 171 off 95 balls against the UAE. But he couldn’t show the same form in the remainder of the tournament, scoring 261 runs from five innings at a strike rate of 182.52.
