IND v NZ 2021: WATCH – Kohli, Dravid visit New Zealand dugout to congratulate Ajaz Patel on 10-wicket haul

Ajaz Patel etched his name in the history books by taking all 10 Indian wickets in Mumbai Test.

Ajaz Patel | @BLACKCAPS/TwitterIndia skipper Virat Kohli and head coach Rahul Dravid on Saturday (December 4) showed great sportsmanship as both of them went to the New Zealand dugout to congratulate Ajaz Patel, who picked up all the 10 Indian wickets in the first innings of the ongoing Mumbai Test.

Ajaz became the third bowler after England’s Jim Laker and India’s Anil Kumble to claim a 10-wicket haul as he returned with 10/119 from 47.5 overs in the first innings of the second Test.

The left-arm spinner took four wickets on Day 1 and he added another six wickets on the second day. Mohammed Siraj was Ajaz’s 10th scalp as the Indian tail-ender hit the ball high in the air and was caught at mid-on.
