Rishabh Pant was the hero for the Indian team in the recently played third ODI against England as his maiden ODI ton helped India win the match by 5 wickets and pocket the series 2-1.
In the 3rd ODI, he showed immense mental application as he had to take the team out of the muddle and also keep an eye on the required run rate. India had lost 4 wickets for 72 runs and then Pant with support from Hardik Pandya kept India in the game.
He added 133 runs with Pandya for the fifth wicket, with the all-rounder contributing 71 runs in 55 balls with 10 fours to his name. After Pandya got out, Pant switched gears and hammered the England bowlers as India galloped towards the victory.
After Pant scored unbeaten 125 runs to win the match, Singh took to social media to reveal that he had a 45-minute conversation with the talented left-hander that seems to have worked out.

This ODI century made Rishabh Pant the very first Asian keeper-batter to hit a century in both ODIs and Tests on England soil. Pant was adjudged Man of the Match for his brilliant ton while Hardik Pandya was named Player of the Series for his all-round performances.
