India captain Virat Kohli got out to England's veteran pacer James Anderson for the seventh time in Tests on day one during the third Test at Headingley. It looked like a replay of his previous dismissal as Kohli nicked the delivery outside off-stump to the wicket-keeper.

England's fans group, Barmy Army gave Kohli a musical farewell as he walked back to the dressing room. The English fans kept singing, "cheerio, cheerio" (goodbye) for the Indian captain who was visibly disappointed on his cheap dismissal.

Kohli was out for 7 runs off 17 deliveries as India got bowled out for 78 in the first innings. England replied with their best opening stand in the series. Rory Burns and Haseeb Hameed put up an unbeaten 120-run partnership and scored a half-century each.

In the second Test, Anderson and Kohli had a verbal spat on the field after the latter didn't like what the English pacer said. "What was that? Huh?," asked Kohli. "Swearing at me again? Like Jasprit? Huh?", Kohli asked.

Anderson replied, "You can swear at me all you want. No one else can." Kohli then said, "You play by your own rules. You're calling me a f***ing p*ick for running too? This isn't your backyard!"

The 39-year-old said, "I think bowlers can run through the crease too." Indian skipper ended the conversation at a non-striker end by saying, "Yeah, yeah, yeah.. chirp, chirp, chirp. This is what old age makes you do."
