Indian cricket fans celebrated the thumping win over Egland in the second Test at Lord's by 151 runs. India have now taken a 1-0 lead with a terrific performance on Day 5 of the second Test.
English batsmen couldn't survive a couple of sessions on the last day against Indian pacers and got bowled out on 120. They were going after a target of 272 runs in around 60 overs and had a realistic chance of drawing the match, but the hosts failed.
Indian fans on Twitter came up with hilarious one-liners and memes after Virat Kohli and co secured the win. The Test match had a few heated moments which made the win even more special.
England cricketers were going after Jasprit Bumrah on the last day when he came out to bat. Kohli and co gave it back to them when it was England's turn to bat.
Mohammed Siraj picked up four wickets, Bumrah bagged three wickets, and Ishant Sharma dismissed Haseeb Hameed and Jonny Bairstow. For England, only skipper Root could cross the 30-run mark and scored 33 runs.
