In the post-lunch session, a gentleman from the crowd walked out in the ground donning India’s jersey. He tried convincing the security that he was there to play.

In the jersey, Jarvo was written on the backside with number 69. However, Jarvo’s aspiration of becoming India’s 12th man wasn’t fulfilled as security personnel escorted him out of the playing area.
The turn of events left the Indian cricketers in splits. Pacer Mohammed Siraj was seen laughing out loud after the amusing indecent.

Coming to the match, England scored 97 runs without a loss of a wicket in the morning session on Day 3.
The hosts were 216/3 when the lunch break was taken, with skipper Joe Root (89*) and Jonny Bairstow (51*) unbeaten in the middle. They are still trailing the visitors by 148 runs in the first innings.
