India was favorites to win the first Test match against England as the tourists just needed 157 runs on the final day. But the weather played a spoilsport on Day 5 in Nottingham, and sadly the match ended in a draw.
Veteran England pacer James Anderson had dismissed the Indian skipper Virat Kohli for a golden duck in the first innings and many had expected a great battle in the second innings as well.
Anderson who recently celebrated his 39th birthday, has defied all odds and proven that age is just a number by consistently killing it at the international level.

England’s fan base popularly known as the ‘Barmy Army’, took to Twitter and shared a hilarious photo of the right-arm quick celebrating a wicket in year 2050. The photo they tweeted was a morphed photo of an older-looking Anderson.
“The year is 2050 and a 68-year-old Jimmy Anderson has taken his 1,500th Test Wicket nicking off Virat Kohli Jr first ball,” England’s Barmy Army wrote as the caption to their photo.
