ENG v IND 2021: Indian cricketers share pictures as they prepare ahead of the warm-up match

Indian cricket team will play a three-day warm-up match at Durham from July 20.

Indian cricket team regrouped after a three-week break and the preparation for the five-match Test series against England is going in full flow. They are currently at Durham for a warm-up match scheduled to be played on July 20.

The three-day warm-up match will be played against the County Championship XI at the Riverside Ground in Durham. India's skipper Virat Kohli, star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, senior batsman Rohit Sharma, and prime fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah posted pictures from their practice session.

Kohli posed with KL Rahul, Shardul Thakur, and Bumrah for the picture and he wrote, "Back at it ????????????". Bumrah wrote returning to the field is the best start to his weekend, while Jadeja captioned the post, "Business hours ????".

Rohit wrote it's time to get back to work after the three-week off from cricket is over. "चलो भाई, छुट्टी खत्म… अब काम शुरू! ????????????????," he captioned the post in Hindi. Apart from them, Rahul, Akshar Patel, and Umesh Yadav also shared pictures on Twitter. 

The warm-up match will be played behind closed doors and 90 overs will be bowled each day. Durham Cricket will broadcast the game on its Youtube channel.

India's wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant won't be a part of the match as he's in isolation after testing positive for COVID-19. Even Wriddhiman Saha is in isolation after coming in contact with one of the staff members who tested positive. Rahul is likely to keep wickets in the warm-up match.
