CWC 2023: WATCH – Indian batters test fielding skills of fans in the stands by hitting massive sixes during net session in Pune

Indian batters are honing their big hitting skills in the nets ahead of Bangladesh clash.

The three victories have propelled India to the top of the 10-team points table. Rohit Sharma and his men are now gearing up to face Bangladesh at Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Pune on Thursday (October 19).

Ahead of the game, the Indian batters are honing their big hitting skills in the nets, as evident from a video shared by the team’s official Instagram handle.

In the clip, the likes of Virat Kohli, Hardik Pandya, KL Rahul, Shreyas Iyer and Ravindra Jadeja can be seen smashing big sixes and testing the fielding skills of the fans present in the stands.

Talking about Team India’s World Cup campaign so far, all three wins have been rather comprehensive. While India chased down Australia’s target of 200 with six wickets in hand and 52 balls remaining, they overhauled Afghanistan's target of 273 with eight wickets and 15 overs to spare.

India continued their dominance over Pakistan as they bundled out the arch-rivals for a below-par 191 and completed the chase in 30.3 overs with seven wickets left.
