India great Virat Kohli is not only contributing to the team with the bat but has been a dynamite in the field as well. This was confirmed by the ICC as well, who revealed that Kohli was leading the way as the player with the biggest impact on the field in the first 13 days of the ICC World Cup 2023.
India has played three matches thus far, winning against Australia in Chennai, Afghanistan in Delhi, and Pakistan in Ahmedabad. They are at the top of the ICC World Cup 2023 points table.
Virat Kohli has also done well with the bat, scoring 85 against Australia and 55* against Afghanistan. But in the field, he has a total of three catches in three matches. He is just two catches behind tournament leaders for non-wicket-keepers Matt Henry of New Zealand and Australia veteran David Warner.
