Asia Cup 2022: ‘Pakistan ke khilaf zara haat hola rakhna’- Afghanistan bowling coach Umar Gul’s wife makes special request to him

There is a high chance, Pakistan will face off against Afghanistan in Super 4s of Asia Cup 2022.

They bundled out Sri Lanka in the tournament opener for 105 and won the match by 8 wickets and then against Bangladesh, kept them to 127/7 and chased down the target with 7 wickets in hand.

Such performance has resulted in many experts and fans considering them a real threat to the likes of big guns India and Pakistan in the Super 4s stage. While India has qualified for the next stage of the Asia Cup, Pakistan will meet Hong Kong on September 2nd and a win will take them through as well.

While Nabi and co. have successfully managed to steal the show, Dr. Mariam Naqsh, wife of Umar Gul, the bowling coach of Afghanistan, has made a special request to her husband. There is a high chance of Pakistan meeting Afghanistan in the Super Four stage of the Asia Cup 2022.

Responding to a tweet by the former Pakistan pacer, where he is congratulating his players for advancing to the Super Four, Naqsh urged her husband to have a soft corner while playing against Pakistan.
