Team India has reached UAE and has started its preparations for the Asia Cup 2022, which will begin on Saturday (27th August). The ‘Men in Blue will kick start their campaign against arch-rivals Pakistan on Sunday (28th August). 

The Rohit Sharma-led side has been putting in the hard yards and is leaving no stone unturned in their practice sessions. BCCI has been sharing several pictures and videos on their social media accounts and is giving glimpses to the fans about the team’s preparation.

On Thursday (25th August) after the net season, skipper Rohit was seen riding a kick scooter. In the video posted by BCCI on their official Twitter account, the senior Indian opener can be seen riding the scooter on the outskirts of the ground and in between the field. 

“Vroooming into the end of practice session - Captain @ImRo45 style. #TeamIndia,” BCCI captioned the video.

After they clash with Pakistan, India will face Hong Kong in Dubai on August 31. The Rohit-led side has won title record seven times and would be eyeing to clinch the tournament for the eighth time.
