Over the years, Pakistan have struggled badly on the tour Down Under. In particular, their batters have failed to counter the extra bounce of Australian pitches.

This time around, Pakistan wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Rizwan has employed a unique strategy to deal with the extra bounce of the Perth wicket.

In a video doing rounds on social media, Rizwan can be seen honing his batting skills by using a tilted slab of marble in the nets.

In order to prepare for the Test series, the visitors played Prime Ministers XI in a four-day game in Canberra. While the warm-up fixture ended in a draw, Pakistani players got some important game time in the middle.

After the first Test in Perth, Pakistan will face Australia in the second Test at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground while the third and final Test will be held at Sydney Cricket Ground.
