India's cricketer-turned-commentator Dinesh Karthik is receiving appreciation on his commentary debut in the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) final. Not only he has done a good job behind the mic, but Karthik has also won the hearts of fans with his regular weather update.

Rain played a spoilsport on the first day of the match and the last session of the second day was affected due to bad light. Karthik understands how eager fans would be to get an update on the weather in Southampton and he posted the latest picture from the venue on Twitter.

"Your lovely weather man Mr. DK," he tweeted and added a 'winking face with tongue' emoji in the caption. The pitch was covered with overcast conditions, but Karthik wrote that there was no rain when the picture was clicked.
