Veteran Indian wicketkeeper-batter Dinesh Karthik thanked the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and its fans for helping him to achieve his dream after he was named in India’s squad for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia.

Karthik recently played in the Asia Cup 2022 and now he is all set to represent the country in the upcoming T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia next month, which was his dream ever since he made a comeback to the Indian cricket team following his impressive show for RCB in the IPL 2022.

The dream was come true because of the RCB, who gave him that freedom and clarity about his role as a finisher to flourish in the IPL 2022, where the 37-year-old scored 330 runs with the highest score of 66* at an average of 55 and strike rate of 183 in 16 matches.
