Indian cricketers showed great sportsmanship after winning against Scotland on Friday (November 5) in the T20 World Cup 2021. Team India went to the dressing room of their opponents and interacted with the Scottish players after the match.

The Board of Cricket Control India (BCCI) shared a video on their Twitter account in which the likes of Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, R Ashwin, and even the team mentor MS Dhoni can be seen having a chat with the Scotland team.

"MUST WATCH: #SpiritOfCricket was at its best as Scotland expressed their wish to visit the #TeamIndia dressing room & our boys made them feel at home," wrote BCCI on Twitter.

Scotland skipper Kyle Coetzer had earlier said he would love to have the likes of Kohli walk into the Scotland dressing room after the game to have a chat with his boys.

"We would, they are excellent ambassadors of the game. We want our guys to speak to them, be it Kohli or Williamson or Rashid Khan. That is the only and best way to learn. We used to be able to do it in the pubs before, but now we cannot," Coetzer had said.

In the match, Indian bowlers bundled out Scotland for 85 in 17.4 overs after putting them to bat first. The Kohli-led side chased the target down in 6.3 overs to better their net run-rate which could be crucial if Afghanistan manages to beat New Zealand.
