Afghanistan captain Mohammad Nabi has admiration for former India skipper MS Dhoni's trademark 'Helicopter shot'. Dhoni used to smash the yorker and fuller-length deliveries with the Helicopter shot which made bowlers look for alternative options against him.

Nabi was asked by ICC social media team to name a skill he would like to steal from another player. After thinking for a while, he named Dhoni's Helicopter shot the skill he would love to have.

The official Instagram account of ICC posted the video and wrote, "Do you think we'll ever see Nabi try and pull off Dhoni's helicopter shot? ???? #T20WorldCup".

Currently, Nabi is leading Afghanistan in the ongoing T20 World Cup 2021. They have won and lost 1 match each till now to be at the number two spot in the points table of Group 2.

After Afghanistan suffered a defeat against Pakistan, Nabi was asked a 'political question'. The journalist asked if the team has any kind of fear when they return home after the government and situation has changed in Afghanistan.

To which, Nabi had told the journo to stick to cricket and not ask political questions. “Can we talk about cricket leaving aside the situation? It would be better if we talk about cricket. We are here for the World Cup after taking proper preparations. You may ask any questions related to cricket," he had said.
