Afghanistan suffered a heartbreaking five-wicket defeat at the hands of Pakistan in their T20 World Cup 2021 clash in Dubai on Friday (October 29).
After the game, Afghanistan skipper Mohammad Nabi lost his cool when a journalist posed a non-cricketing question to him at the press conference.

The journalist asked Nabi if the Afghan players are facing any pressure because of the change of government in the country. Notably, Afghanistan is going through a phase time for the past few months due to the takeover by the Taliban.
The journalist also asked about the new era that has started and whether the now-improved relations with Pakistan will help Afghanistan cricket prosper.
Mohammad Nabi was left infuriated by the questions but he still managed to keep his composure. Instead of replying to the questions, the Afghanistan captain told the journalist to ask him anything related to the cricket match and not out of it.

Coming to the match, Afghanistan won the toss and posted 147/6 in 20 overs on the back of Gulbadin Naib and skipper Nabai’s unbeaten 35-run each.
In reply, Pakistan rode on captain Babar Azam’s 47-ball 51 and Asif Ali’s stunning cameo of 7-ball 25* to overhaul the target with six balls to spare.
