PRASIDH KRISHNA
Karnataka pacer Prasidh Krishna has impressed with his pace and ability to jangle batsmen for the Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League. He became part of the KKR squad in the IPL 2018 season when Kamlesh Nagarkoti got injured. Krishna was given the new ball and he managed to get some much-needed wickets at the top.
Team India is lacking a bowler who has extremely pace and Krishna clocks easily at over 145 kph every time he lets the ball go. He was the leading wicket-taker for Karnataka in the 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy, with thirteen dismissals in seven matches.
The young lad needs to work on his radar as he has a tendency to give away runs; given that he is just 23-years-old, Krishna will learn with time as he will be sharing the dressing room with the likes of Pat Cummins and Lockie Ferguson in KKR camp, two world-renowned express pacers. This might also give him a ticket to ICC T20 World Cup in Australia.
