Fans are waiting for Indian skipper Rohit Sharma to get in form after continuous failure this year.
They expected him to score in the Nidahas Trophy against relatively weak sides of Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. However, he disappointed in both the games. After a duck in the first match against Sri Lanka, Rohit scored just 17 in the second game facing the Bangladeshi bowlers.
Rohit's performance against Sri Lanka in the last bilateral series had kept fans on toes. He had scored a double hundred in ODI and a 35-ball ton in T20I.
Twitter, not missing the opportunity, pulled Rohit's leg. Sri Lankan government has banned social media for few days after communal tension. That's blessing in disguise for the Indian skipper as he will stay away from all the negativity.
