Jasprit Bumrah, Sanjana Ganesan blessed with first child; shares first glimpse of newborn baby

Bumrah is likely to join the Indian team in Sri Lanka before the Super 4 stage of Asia Cup 2023.

While Bumrah did not reveal the reason for his home return, his recent social media post has cleared the air.

Taking to Instagram, Bumrah on Monday (September 4) shared a photo of his newborn, a baby boy. In the picture, one can see the baby fingers and this wholesome post is garnering love and going viral.

The caption of the post read: “Our little family has grown & our hearts are fuller than we could ever imagine! This morning we welcomed our little boy, Angad Jasprit Bumrah into the world. Jasprit Bumrah is likely to join the Indian team in Sri Lanka before the Super 4 stage of the Asia Cup.

Mohammad Shami, who wasn’t picked in the playing XI for India’s Asia Cup opener against Pakistan, is set to replace Bumrah in the line-up for the game versus Nepal in Pallekele on September 4.
