The latest ICC Test rankings update was released on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, and saw India skipper Rohit Sharma and veteran batter Virat Kohli moved down a rung each to be placed 8th and 10th, respectively.
Rohit, who continued to remain the top-ranked Indian in the batters' chart, moved down a place to 8th. He has 754 points, while Kohli, who has 742 rating points moved to the 10th position.
Marnus Labuschagne remains the no.1 ranked Test batter with Steve Smith moving to second spot and Kane Williamson up to 3rd spot. Joe Root moved down two spots to the 5th spot after the West Indies Test series.

On the other hand, Ravindra Jadeja retained his top position in the Test all-rounders rankings while R Ashwin displaced Jason Holder to move up to the second spot.
In the Test bowling rankings, Pat Cummins remained the no.1 ranked bowler, while Ashwin and pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah continued to hold on to their second and fourth positions.
In the ODI rankings update, Kohli remained static at the no.2 spot, while Rohit Sharma moved to the 4th position. Babar Azam retained his no.1 spot in the ODI rankings. Bumrah, who is the only Indian in the top 10 among bowlers, remained at the sixth spot.
