WATCH: Rohit Sharma’s struggle in front of the camera, gives multiple takes to record ‘Happy Holi’ message

Rohit Sharma | InstagramMarch 18 marks the festival of colours, Holi, this year. With a decline in the number of COVID-19 cases, Holi 2022 is being enjoyed with full fervour across India.

While most people are celebrating this festival with their friends and family members, Indian cricketers are currently serving quarantine in Mumbai ahead of the IPL 2022 season.

Mumbai Indians (MI) skipper Rohit Sharma too is confined in the team hotel alongside his family and he extended the Holi greetings through a video.

Taking to Instagram, Rohit shared a clip in which he can be seen wishing the fans on Holi. His wife Ritika Sajdeh was also spotted in the video.

In the clip, Rohit is repeatedly conveying Happy Holi messages to his fans but he is failing to give the perfect shot in front of the camera.

After multiple takes, the MI captain wished everyone a Happy Holi and he captioned the video as: “All I want to say is “Happy Holi”. While you all have fun, please keep our furry friends in mind and be sure not to put any rang on them!”

The 2022 edition of the Indian Premier League is all set to get underway on March 26 with the CSK-KKR clash at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. MI will open their campaign against Delhi Capitals on March 27 at the Brabourne Stadium.
