Former Indian captain and current BCCI Preisdent Sourav Ganguly is back with the promotion of Fortune cooking oil after undergoing a couple of angioplasties in the last month.

Ganguly was detected to have 3 blockages in his arteries. He suffered a couple of minor strokes and had to be admitted twice in Kolkata. The cooking oil company had discontinued the advertisements for a brief period but have not made a change to their brand ambassador.

Sourav Ganguly shared a post on his Instagram account promoting Fortune Cooking Oil. The post gave information to the readers about the many factors that lead to heart attacks and the fact that Ganguly's arteries were to be blamed and not the heart for the trouble caused to him.

The 48-year-old revealed that his heart attack was also due to a family history. He further went on to request people to take care of their hearts by following healthy habits, exercising, upping intake of antioxidants, resting and going for regular tests and checkups.

Ganguly posted the picture with the caption, "What could be a better day to talk about heart than today? After making a healthy comeback, I made the H.E.A.R.T promise. Now it's your turn to make this promise for a healthier heart with Fortune Rice Bran Health oil. @fortune.foods #FortuneFoods #FortuneRiceBranHealthOil"
