Indian captain Virat Kohli will end 2020 as the top-ranked ODI batsman, in the newly released ICC ODI batsmen rankings. He is followed by vice-captain Rohit Sharma at the no. 2 spot.
Pakistan skipper Babar Azam, Ross Taylor, and Australia captain Aaron Finch are the 3rd, 4th and 5th ranked batters, respectively. Hardik Pandya, who had a bumper ODI series in Australia with two scores of 90 and above, made his first appearance in the top 50 batsmen. Pandya is now sitting in the 49th position.
The ICC ODI bowlers’ rankings see India’s Jasprit Bumrah at the third position in the table, which is topped by New Zealand’s Trent Boult and Afghanistan’s Mujeeb Ur Rahman at no.2 spot.

Adam Zampa’s seven wickets took him to the 14th position with a career-best 623 points. Pacer Josh Hazlewood took 6 wickets and moved up a place to the 6th rank.
