The Big Bash League (BBL) will be in its 10th edition when the tournament begins in December 2020 in Australia. The BBL is known for its innovations over the years and it is no different this year too with a new set of rules which are completely new to T20 cricket.
The three new rules introduced were the Power Surge, X-Factor, and the Bash Boost. While the concept of these rules was unknown to the fans who have been following the BBL over the years and were left bamboozled and a bit confused.

It will be interesting to see how long the fans and the participating cricketers take to understand and get used to the new rules. BBL 10 starts on 10 December.
