Former India cricketer Madan Lal slammed Pakistan batting great Javed Miandad for his statement against Pakistan Prime Minister and ex-captain Imran Khan. Miandad had talked about challenging Imran in the field of politics.

Miandad said that he would join politics and tell people what real politics is all about. He also added that Imran should remember he was his captain.

Madan Lal spoke to Sports Tak and said Miandad likes to talk nonsense and whatever he has said earlier regarding Kashmir issue is also rubbish. "Whatever he is talking, doesn't make sense, it shows how educated he is. He had previously made a remark on Kashmir as well as our Prime Minister. I feel he is a bit mentally unstable."

Miandad claimed he made Imran Khan the PM of Pakistan but now he is not running the country properly. The 63-year-old is also unhappy with Imran's handling of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). He also said the cricketing board should trust their own people instead of foreigners.

"Please do not bring people from abroad to manage our cricket. Look for deserving people in Pakistan. Believe in people of Pakistan," he said.
