"I will get married when Afghanistan wins World Cup," Rashid Khan

The 21-year-old has ruled out the speculation on his marriage.

Afghanistan spinner Rashid Khan talked about his marriage plan in a recent interview. The 21-year-old has a wide fan following and being one of the most loved people in his country, Rashid often receives marriage proposals from his female fans  

But the leggie has opened up on the possibility of his marriage and declined it for the near future. Rashid, in an interview with Azadi Radio, said he won't get married under Afghanistan wins the World Cup.

“I will get engaged & married once Afghanistan wins the cricket world cup,” he said, ruling out any speculation on his marriage.

Last month, Rashid had to undergo immense pain after his mother passed away in a battle with a prolonged illness. The leg-spinner had shared a heartfelt message for his mother on Twitter.

"You were my home my mother I had no home but you. I can’t believe you are no more with me you will missed forever. Rest In Peace," Rashid had written.
