The first Test begins on July 8 in Ageas Bowl.

West Indies all-rounder Rahkeem Cornwall | ECB TwitterInternational cricket will return next month as England and West Indies battle it out in a series of three Tests, first matches to be played after the extended lockdown around the world on sports due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Every member of the touring party, including 25 players, tested negative for the coronavirus before they set off on a charter flight to Manchester airport. The West Indies squad of 25 players and 14 support staff members arrived in London for the series which will be played behind closed doors at venues which have on-site hotel facilities.

They were each due to be tested again at their new base at Old Trafford, where they will live and train in a "bio-secure" environment for most of their seven-week stay.

England Cricket’s Twitter shared the photos of the Windies team’s arrival on their shores. “Welcome to England @windiescricket! We are delighted to have you here and can’t wait for our Test series to get started,” they captioned the tweet.

The first Test will be held from July 8-12 Southampton while the remaining two Test matches will be held at Old Trafford on July 16-20 and July 24-28 respectively.
