Mumbai Indians (MI) captain Rohit Sharma and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) batsman Suresh Raina had picked the best XI comprising players from both the franchise. They were interacting on Instagram live when the idea to pick MI-CSK combined XI popped up.
But Sharma had missed out one name from his franchise which he included later on Twitter. He named five players from Mumbai for the XI.

The 33-year-old included Sachin Tendulkar, the face of MI. The players who followed Sachin were, Hardik Pandya, Kieron Pollard, Ambati Rayudu, and Jasprit Bumrah.
Raina reminded Rohit that Rayudu now plays for CSK, on which, Rohit said it doesn't matter let him be from MI side.
From Super Kings, Matthew Hayden, MS Dhoni, Faf du Plessis, Dwayne Bravo, Ravindra Jadeja, and Harbhajan Singh were named by both the cricketers.
Rohit forgot to add Lasith Malinga, one of the greatest IPL bowlers, in the XI. Without Malinga, the team can't be completed and he knew it. Commenting on MI Twitter's post, he wrote, "We missed out the real champion, Mali my bad."
