Yuzvendra Chahal makes fun of David Warner’s ‘patience’ for watching the Mumbai Indians documentary

Warner and Rohit were discussing documentaries on cricket.

A still of Rohit Sharma from Mumbai Indians: Cricket FeverThe Mumbai Indians are the most successful franchise in the Indian Premier League with a record of four IPL titles to their name. Rohit Sharma has led them to all of these titles in 2013, 2015, 2017, and 2019.

It became a big deal for the MI fans to know what goes behind the scenes with the players and how they plan for matches and cope up with the pressure. Therefore to encapsulate all of these aspects for their die-hard fans, MI produced a documentary on the franchise, which is available on Netflix with the title “Cricket Fever: Mumbai Indians”.

‘We make things easy for Smith and Kohli’ – David Warner tells Rohit Sharma

Rohit Sharma was recently on an Instagram Live session with Australian David Warner and the two were discussing cricket documentaries and comparing the production between MI and Australia’s Amazon Prime’s documentary series ‘The Test’. It focuses the time the Australian cricket team went through a complete revamp after Warner and Smith were banned for ball-tampering and how Tim Paine rebuild the team.

However, during this serious discussion, Yuzvendra Chahal couldn’t hold himself back and dropped a hilarious comment trolling both Warner and Rohit. He asked the Aussie opener whether he actually watched the entire series on Mumbai Indians. He also cheekily said that Warner has a lot of patience in that case.

Really you watched the whole documentary on Mumbai Indians (MI)? So much patience you have Warner sir,” Chahal wrote.
