Australia's captain Aaron Finch has opened up about his first meeting with India great Sachin Tendulkar. He called it a highly nervous moment.
The cricketer conducted a Question and Answer session with fans on Twitter and got asked about it by an Indian fan. Finch tagged Sachin's Twitter account and wrote, "@sachin_rt I remember the first time I met him, I was very nervous."
Not only that, but the Aussie batsman also revealed the feeling of batting with Sachin. He had the privilege to open with Sachin at the exhibition game between the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) and the Rest of the World (ROW) in Lords Cricket Ground.
"It was like a dream, one of my greatest cricketing memories," he tweeted.
The match played in 2014, saw Finch scoring an unbeaten 181 in 145 balls. Sachin and Finch had scored 107 runs for the first wickets in just 17 overs. The India legend's score was 44 off 45 balls in that match.
