The leg-spinner, who is serving a life ban for spot-fixing during a one-day game against Durham in 2009, has been requesting the PCB for a long time to give him the opportunity to revive his Pakistan career or at least coaching duty but the board is not ever ready to listen to him.

Well, there is the number of Pakistani cricketers who had involved in the spot-fixing scandal, have been given second chance and the latest is Sharjeel Khan and Kaneria believes that he should be given the chance to revive his Test career, after all, he is also a Pakistani.

Taking to Twitter on Tuesday (March 24), the tainted leg-spinner posted a series of tweets and lashed out at the PCB for ignoring his pleas only because he is a “proud Hindu”.

He further mentioned Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan, requesting the former captain to help in his rehabilitation while revealing that he will apply for coaching and share the proposal with the PCB.
