IPL 2022: Cricket fraternity reacts as Rahul Tripathi’s 76 takes SRH to 193/6 against MI

SRH need to win this match to stay alive in race for playoffs.

This match is highly important to SRH as they are on a five-match losing streak and need to win this to stay in contention for the playoffs. SRH had a new opening pair in Priyam Garg coming at the start with Abhishek Sharma.

Abhishek Sharma fell for 9 runs, but Garg impressed at the top, making 42 in just 26 balls with 4 fours and 2 sixes. In fact, he added 78 runs for the second wicket with Rahul Tripathi, who top-scored for SRH in this match.

He made 76 runs in 44 balls with 9 fours and 3 sixes, while getting help from Nicholas Pooran, who smacked 38 in 22 balls with 3 sixes and 2 fours to his name. In the end, SRH finished their 20 overs on 193/6

Ramandeep Singh was the pick of the MI bowlers with figures of 3/20.
