CSK wicket-keeper batter MS Dhoni on Saturday (16th April) was seen bowling leg-spin in the nets ahead of the team’s clash against Gujarat Titans (GT) in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022.
CSK is currently having a tough time in IPL 15. It’s fair to say after Dhoni passed on the leadership baton to Ravindra Jadeja, majority of the things have not gone their way.
The four-time champions for the first time in the history of IPL lost their initial four matches of the season. However, after that, they put on a staggering performance and defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) to register their first win of the season.

But this is just the beginning of a difficult road ahead for them as things are only going to get tougher for them, especially with the kind of competition that is going on in the league for the top four spots in the points table.
They are next slated to face ‘rampaging’ Gujarat Titans on Sunday (17th April) in Pune. The Hardik Pandya-led side has looked a class apart in the tournament so far. They have four wins from five matches and are certainly one of the teams to beat this season.
CSK have been putting in hard yards for the match against GT. The Jadeja-led side would be eagerly looking to continue their momentum after winning in their previous match.
In one of their net sessions, former skipper Dhoni was seen rolling his arm in the nets. The keeper-batter was bowling leg-spin to his teammate.
The franchise posted the video on their Instagram account and captioned it: "Time Traveller: moves a chair. Thala."
