David Warner played a vital role in Delhi Capitals’ (DC) 44-run win over Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in Match 19 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 on Sunday (10th April) in Mumbai.
Opening the batting, Warner gave his team a perfect start. He along with Prithvi Shaw, who scored 51 runs, stitched 93 runs opening partnership. The southpaw at first played as a second fiddle to the young Indian opener.
But once Shaw was out, he took bowlers to the cleaners and registered his 55th half-century in the IPL. Warner ended with a score of 45-ball 61 and his knock included 6 fours and 2 sixes. His innings helped DC post a mammoth total of 215 runs on the board and then subsequently win the match.

Warner not only entertained fans with his blistering knock but he also was seen dancing while fielding near the boundary line. The Australian opener posted a video on his Instagram account and asked fans about their thoughts.
In the video, Warner can be seen doing the famous step from the movie Pushpa. His dance steps made fans cheer for him and applaud him for his moves.
