All the franchises have started to prepare for the IPL 2022 tournament which will begin from March 26 onwards and one such franchise is Mumbai Indians (MI). They have set up camp at the Jio Stadium in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai and apart from the practice they also have other activities.
The five-time champions Mumbai Indians (MI) are mixing it up when it comes to gelling together as one unit. Recently, on their social media accounts, MI posted a photo of their squad having a fun outing at the newly made MI Arena, including the team management and support staff members.
Mumbai Indians posted a video of Rohit Sharma, along with the entire team, trying their hand at various games.
The cricketers were seen having lots of fun as they tried their hands at futsal, pickleball, box cricket, foot volleyball, and others. The fun video also featured captain Rohit Sharma had an absolute blast after seeing toy guns and other props on offer.
Other MI players like Ishan Kishan, Jasprit Bumrah, Kieron Pollard, and even coaches Mahela Jayawardena and Shane Bond joined the boys in having some much-needed fun before the hostilities began.
Mumbai Indians will begin their IPL 2022 journey against Delhi Capitals (DC) on March 27 at Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai.
