The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) unveiled their first-look photo of captain Kane Williamson in their newly designed kit for the upcoming IPL 2022 edition. The kit moves away from the Orange and black combo to the entire Orange kit with black color adorning the shoulders.
The SRH franchise had retained just Kane Williamson, Abdul Samad, and Umran Malik ahead of the IPL 2022 mega auction. However, they spent big money in the IPL 2022 auction with a purse of INR 68 crores.
Their biggest buy was West Indies keeper-batter Nicholas Pooran for INR 10.75 crores and the second most expensive was Washington Sundar for INR 8.75 crores. Rahul Tripathi also joined SRH for INR 8.5 crores. However, the SRH was fortunate to get back Bhuvneshwar Kumar and T Natarajan for under INR 5 crores each.
