The 43rd match of the IPL 2021 will see Rajasthan Royals (RR) take on Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in Dubai. RCB is placed in the 3rd spot on the points table with 12 points, while RR is no.7 with 8 points to their name.
RCB had defeated RR in their previous encounter of IPL 2021 in Mumbai, thanks to a century by Devdutt Padikkal as RCB chased down a 178-run target without losing a wicket and 21 balls to spare. RR needs to win all their remaining matches to remain in contention for playoffs, while RCB has a little breathing space as they have three more matches after this encounter.

Therefore, Team COC presents the Predicted Playing XI for the RR v RCB match in Dubai
RAJASTHAN ROYALS
Rajasthan Royals have kept their Indian contingent unchanged for the majority of their matches in the UAE stage of the IPL 2021. Their only win in the UAE leg came thanks to a stellar bowling performance by Kartik Tyagi against the Punjab Kings. However, he is still injured and there is no update on him for now.
The only changes that RR have made are in their foreign contingent but have made the mistake of having stars bat out of position, with Liam Livingstone batting at no.4, while his success for England and in T20 blast coming as an opener.
IPL 2021: Need to express ourselves a bit more, says RR captain Sanju Samson
Given that he has only 30 runs in 4 matches this far in the middle order, RR might look to bring in David Miller in his place, who is a pure middle-order batsman and a good hitter. Also if Kartik Tyagi gets fit, he might replace Jaydev Unadkat in the XI.
ROYAL CHALLENGERS BANGALORE
RCB has been doing good as they came together as a unit against MI and crushed them completely as Glenn Maxwell starred with both the bat and ball. Harshal Patel took a hat-trick and Yuzvendra Chahal also did severe damage showing his return to the form.
They have tinkered with their XI bringing in Dan Christian in the XI as an all-rounder and lengthening their batting as well. RCB are placed nicely for making it into the playoffs and just need to find their best combination and perhaps will continue with the XI that helped them win against the defending champions.
RR COC Predicted Playing XI:
Evin Lewis, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Sanju Samson (C&WK), Liam Livingstone, Mahipal Lomror, Riyan Parag, Rahul Tewatia, Chris Morris, Jaydev Unadkat, Chetan Sakariya, Mustafizur Rahman
RCB COC Predicted Playing XI:
Virat Kohli (C), Devdutt Padikkal, KS Bharat (WK), Glenn Maxwell, AB de Villiers, Daniel Christian, Shahbaz Ahmed, Kyle Jamieson, Harshal Patel, Mohammed Siraj, Yuzvendra Chahal
