Chennai Super Kings (CSK) batter Ambati Rayudu turned 36 on Thursday (September 23) and his IPL teammates wished him on the special occasion. From Faf du Plessis to Robin Uthappa, they all featured in a video posted by CSK for the birthday boy.
Dwayne Bravo sang a song before wishing his friend on his birthday. "Hey Ambati, this is your brother, the champion DJ Bravo wishing you a happy birthday. Hope you have a great day and we are looking for sticking some cake, eating some cake, and rub it all over your face," he said.

Du Plessis joked about Rayudu's age and said that he looks 39. "36 years of age today, how old do you look? 40? 43? Nah, you look 39, mate, congrats," the South African said.
Suresh Raina, Ravindra Jadeja, and Deepak Chahar also sent their best wishes for Rayudu, who was bought by CSK ahead of IPL 2018.
Robin Uthappa revealed that he knows Rayudu from their teenage days. "Many happy returns of the day brother. I have seen you from I don't know how old we were. We must have been 11 or 12. I have always seen, known, and understood that you are a special player. But over the years, it's been a pleasure and privilege to know you as a human being.
"Unbelievable person and I absolutely love you. I wish you the best always. You are always one of those who in my eyes is set apart in Indian cricket. So from me and my family, a very very happy birthday and we love you a lot."

Rayudu was injured while batting in the match against Mumbai Indians (MI). His X-ray report revealed he does not have a fracture and would be fit to play the next match against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Friday.
