IPL 2021: Riyan Parag asks Tabraiz Shamsi to join him for unique celebrations

Rajasthan Royals signed Tabraiz Shamsi for the upcoming second-phase of IPL 2021.

Rajasthan Royals (RR) on Wednesday (August 25) announced the signing of the number 1 T20I bowler in ICC Men's Rankings, Tabraiz Shamsi for the remainder of IPL 2021. The South African spinner is the second replacement player for RR ahead of the IPL which is set to be held in the UAE from 19th September 2021.

Rajasthan's all-rounder Riyan Parag looked excited after the signing of Shamsi and he asked him to join for unique celebrations. Riyan is famous for his different celebrations and so is Shamsi.

"DM to collab. Let’s celebrate together soon, @shamsi90," wrote Riyan in a tweet. Shamsi replied, "For sure bro.. I believe u have a few things to teach me when it comes to celebrations."

Rajasthan Royals are currently placed fifth in the points table with three wins and four losses out of the seven games. They will resume their campaign against the Punjab Kings on September 21 in Dubai. 

The franchise will miss the likes of Ben Stokes, Jos Butler, and Jofra Archer in the second phase of the tournament. Rajasthan had earlier signed New Zealand batsman Glenn Philips as a replacement for Buttler.
