Youngster Chetan Sakariya surprised fans with hilarious response to a post by his Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Rajasthan Royals (RR) on Twitter. RR had posted a picture of Sakariya with Jalebi and Fafda, popular Gujarati snacks in both his hands.

Rajasthan Royals asked for the address to join him for the snacks and they wrote, "Address dedo, @Sakariya55?". To which, Sakariya replied with the picture of Gokuldham society from the famous Indian sitcom Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.

The pacer wrote, “Powder Gully, Gokuldham Society.” Sakariya's funny reply was in the context of the main character of the show, Jethalal, who loves the combination of Jalebi and Fafda.

The sitcom is popular in India and has a huge fan following. Twitterati who follow the show were delighted to find out Sakariya is also a fan of the sitcom.

Sakariya will soon be in action when Rajasthan Royals resume their IPL 2021 campaign in UAE. The second phase of the tournament starts on September 19 in Dubai.

The 23-year old pacer from Saurashtra had recently made his debut in the IPL. He also got picked to play for India on the Sri Lanka tour and made his ODI and T20I debut.
