Rajasthan Royals (RR) England wicket-keeper batsman Jos Buttler has picked his all-time Indian Premier League (IPL) XI. Buttler picked MS Dhoni for the wicket-keeper role and himself at the opening spot.
While picking Dhoni, Buttler said that he idolizes him, on Cricbuzz Plus. He paired up himself with Mumbai Indians (MI) captain Rohit Sharma for the opening position.
Buttler also named Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) stalwarts, Virat Kohli, and AB de Villiers for the number three and four spots in the batting order. Kohli is currently the highest run-scorer in the IPL with 6076 runs in 199 matches.

The role of an all-rounder is very important in a T20 side and in Buttler's all-time XI, there are two big names; Kieron Pollard and Ravindra Jadeja. Pollard is considered one of the greatest T20 players.
Buttler's all-time XI bowling attack includes Harbhajan Singh, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Jasprit Bumrah, and Lasith Malinga. The bowling unit looks strong enough to defend any target in all conditions.
Surprisingly, Suresh Raina missed out on the all-time XI. He is among the most run-scorers in IPL and one of the most consistent batsmen in IPL history.
