DEVDUTT PADIKKAL (RCB)
Devdutt Padikkal continued his good run which began in IPL 2020 and then in the domestic white-ball tournaments like the Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy and the Vijay Hazare Trophy.
Padikkal slammed his maiden IPL century, hitting 101* in just 52 balls with 11 fours and 6 sixes, as the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) defeated Rajasthan Royals (RR) by 10 wickets in Mumbai. He has 195 runs in 6 matches at a strike rate of 152.34.
Many thought he was unlucky not to be a part of the Indian squad for the UK tour. But his exploits in the IPL and the domestic circuit may get him his India debut as they are slated to tour Sri Lanka for three ODIS and three T20Is in July.
