RR gave Anuj Rawat his IPL debut, while Mohammad Nabi, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, and Abdul Samad came into the SRH playing XI, while David Warner was dropped.

Yashasvi Jaiswal made 12 runs before falling to Rashid Khan, who was the pick of SRH bowlers with figures of 1/24. After that SRH suffered a massacre as Jos Buttler and Sanju Samson added 150 runs in the next 13 overs.

Samson made 48 in 33 balls with 4 fours and 2 sixes, while Jos Buttler smashed SRH bowlers to all parts of the Delhi stadium. He made 124 in 64 balls, hitting 8 sixes and 11 fours in his knock.

Rajasthan Royals finished with a score of 220/3 in 20 overs.

The cricket fraternity was all praises for Jos Buttler’s butchery of SRH bowlers and lauded his 124 on Twitter.
