The two Finalists of the IPL 2020 Delhi Capitals (DC) and Mumbai Indians (MI) met in the 13th match of the IPL 2021 in Chennai.
The fourth-placed MI is coming into the match with 2 wins in 3 games, while DC is coming off with similar results themselves while being place at the 3rd spot.
Rohit Sharma won the toss and chose to bat first. MI made one change, bringing in Jayant Yadav for Adam Milne, while DC made two changes, bringing in Amit Mishra for Lukman Meriwala and Shimron Hetmyer for Chris Woakes.

Rohit was in good touch and showed his class against one of the best bowlers in the world, Kagiso Rabada. On the 5th ball of the 5th over of the MI innings, Kagiso Rabada bowled one ball on the middle stump in the slot and Rohit moved just a bit to the leg and deposited the ball in the stands over long-off for a 95-meter six.
This shot came after Quinton de Kock fell for 1 run to Marcus Stoinis. Rohit made 44 before being caught by Steve Smith off Amit Mishra.
