Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain MS Dhoni's net session ahead of their first IPL 2021 match is giving positive vibes to the fans. CSK will start their season by facing Delhi Capitals (DC) on April 10 at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.
Dhoni practiced big hits in the nets a day before their match and CSK posted the video of the session on Twitter. He middled most of the deliveries and the sound of the bat was pleasant to the ears.
"Ulla vandha power adiii! #Thala ???? #WhistlePodu #Yellove @msdhoni," wrote CSK while posting the video.

Super Kings have a better batting unit than last season. They had collapsed multiple times while chasing in IPL 2020 and even Dhoni couldn't find his touch with the bat in the entire season.
But things are looking positive this year with their experienced top-order batsman Suresh Raina returning after missing out on IPL 2020. CSK have also bought Moeen Ali in the auction and he could add value to the side, along with opener Robin Uthappa, who was traded from Rajasthan Royals.
