Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma posted tweets ahead of the tournament opener between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Mumbai Indians (MI). The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 is starting on April 9 in Chennai.
MI captain Rohit gathered the fans and asked them to share winning tips ahead of the important clash. Mumbai are the defending champions and have won IPL consecutive times in the last couple of years.

Kohli's tweet was similar to Rohit and he also wanted fans to come up with some important inputs which could help RCB. "Hey RCB fans! We are back, proudly representing the red & gold brigade.

Mumbai Indians have a better record against RCB in head-to-head numbers. They have faced each other 29 times and MI have won 19 matches while RCB emerged as the winner in 10 games.
